Interior Designer

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, detailing, drafting, and designing interiors for a wide range of projects, including residential, commercial, hospitality, retail, institutional establishments, hospitals, and industrial buildings. The role requires a balance of creativity, practicality, and aesthetic sense to deliver designs that align with client requirements and enhance functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative, out-of-the-box design concepts.
• Lead and manage teams effectively, demonstrating strong leadership qualities.
• Engage directly with clients to finalize technical specifications and coordinate design requirements.
• Prepare detailed BOQs for civil, electrical, and furniture works while ensuring seamless integration of utilities.
• Deliver impactful presentations using ArchiCAD and other relevant tools to support project pitches and decision-making processes.
• Establish and maintain effective communication with key clients, ensuring design specifications meet their expectations.
• Monitor project progress and oversee timely delivery as per client standards and specifications.
• Stay updated on the latest materials, working techniques, and technologies.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, with relevant qualifications in 3D visualization.
• 5 to 8+ years of hands-on experience in the industry.
• Proficiency in design software including ArchiCAD, Twin Motion, and other standard tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A pleasing personality with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts to clients and teams.

The role requires a willingness to travel extensively across India and internationally for project meetings, site visits, and execution.
