Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Senior Architect in Mumbai. The Senior Architect will be responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of architectural projects, collaborating with internal and external team and ensuring compliance with regulations and building codes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Architect with a focus on commercial, corporate, residential, retail, healthcare, hospitality, institutional & building projects.
• Strong knowledge of architectural design software and technologies
• Excellent project management and leadership skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with diverse teams
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture or a related field
• Professional certification or licensure as an Architect
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles is a plus.

Proficiency in ArchiCAD software is essential. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership qualities, with 5 to 8+ years of relevant experience. Excellent communication skills and a pleasant demeanour are a must. The role requires a willingness to travel extensively across India and internationally for project meetings, site visits, and execution.
