The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, detailing, drafting, and designing interiors for a wide range of projects, including residential, commercial, hospitality, retail, institutional establishments, hospitals, and industrial buildings. The role requires a balance of creativity, practicality, and aesthetic sense to deliver designs that align with client requirements and enhance functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop innovative, out-of-the-box design concepts.
Contribute to projects within teams effectively, demonstrating strong collaborative qualities.
Finalize technical specifications and coordinate design requirements.
Prepare detailed site documentation with accurate measurements and levels.
Deliver impactful presentations using ArchiCAD and other relevant software to support project pitches and decision-making processes.
Establish and maintain effective communication with project managers/mentors, ensuring that the design specifications meet
their expectations.
Facilitate project progress and provide timely delivery as per client and industry standards & specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Overview

This is a full-time on-site role as a Senior Architect in Mumbai. The Senior Architect will be responsible for overseeing all phases of the designprocess, from concept development to construction administration, implementation of architectural projects, managing client relationships, collaborating with internal and external team.

Role Description:

Proven experience as an Architect with a focus on commercial, corporate, residential, retail, healthcare, hospitality,institutional & building projects.
Develop innovative and functional design solutions that meet project requirements and exceed client expectations.
Prepare and review construction documents, including architectural drawings, specifications, and material selections.
Ensure all documentation complies with relevant building codes, regulations, and zoning requirements.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
Strong knowledge of architectural design software and technologies.
Strong design skills and a portfolio demonstrating a range of project types and scales.
Excellent project management and leadership skills.

Qualifications:
