Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate (preferably in Finance, Commerce, or related field)

About The Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Manager – Costing to join our team at Goldmine Project Consultant to play a key part in managing the commercial and operational financial aspects of our projects across interior design and architectural services.

- Tendering & Estimation
- Procurement & Vendor Management
- Cost Management & Budgeting
- Purchase & Billing Documentation
- Site Coordination & Execution Support
- MIS Reporting & Financial Analysis
- Team Management
Site Supervisor
Qualification : 12th Pass/ Graduate
Well-Versed in Autocad & Knowledge of Standard Softwares, Able to read, understand Drawings & explain construction methods.
Years Of Experience : Minimum 3 to 8 years
Key Responsibilities : Project Management & Execution
- Effectively handle the project at hand
- Comprehend the exact requirements of the project
- Coordinate with the Project Head in working out project schedules
- Ensure strict adherence to timelines, quality standards and legal compliances
- Effectively manage day to day operations at the site
- Maintain and evaluate material requirements
- Ensure accurate documentation of all the costs and expenses incurred
- Be proactive in ensuring cost reduction in every process
- Strictly adhere to the safety measures at site
- Be updated about the latest client requirements
- Coordinate with the clients for certifications, billing, other money matters, decisions etc
- Supplementing adequate and timely MIS reports & documentation to the Project Head
