Evershine Banquet, Malad
Project Overview
Evershine Banquet is a premium celebration venue located at Evershine Mall, Malad West, Mumbai. Commissioned by Evershine Builders, the project spans 22,000 sq. ft. across two distinct event spaces: a fully air-conditioned indoor banquet hall of 10,000 sq. ft. and an open terrace banquet of 12,000 sq. ft. Goldmine handled the complete design and execution of the facility.
Design Vision
For every celebration, there is a space that becomes part of countless memories. Weddings, receptions, anniversaries, corporate gatherings, social events, and festive celebrations all demand an environment that is elegant, functional, and enduring.
With such a vision in mind, Evershine Builders approached Goldmine Project Consultant, a leading luxury interior designer, to undertake the design and construction of one of the top banquet venues in Mumbai. The banquet was designed some years ago, but even today, it provides a venue for different activities. The success of the project is an indication of the approach adopted by Goldmine, whereby they design spaces that will endure over time.
Planning and Spatial Experience
Spread across 22,000 sq. ft., the project consists of two complementary event spaces. The fully air-conditioned indoor banquet can be used to host weddings, conferences, and social functions, while the huge outdoor terrace would be an ideal setting for hosting outdoor events such as cocktail parties and business functions.
1. Arrival and Circulation
Specific focus was given to ensuring a warm reception at the arrival point, with clear guest circulation and ample pre-function space, which allows guests to move around easily.
2. Flexible Layouts
Seating flexibility and coordination between indoor and outdoor venues make the flow of both attendees and the event planners easy. The preparation makes the venue work as effectively for a family event as it will for a big wedding reception.
Interior Design Language
1. Finishes and Atmosphere
The design incorporates timeless luxury through the careful consideration of architectural elements. The use of luxurious veneers, wall panelling, ambient lighting, and luxurious carpets creates an air of elegance.
2. Ceiling and Lighting
The customised ceiling design becomes the visual focal point of the banquet, creating an identity that guests remember long after every event. The decorative chandeliers and the lighting add the warmth factor to the ambience, which can be modified according to weddings, business seminars, awards ceremonies, and cultural events.
3. Material Selection
Every material was selected not only for its visual appeal but also for durability, ensuring that the venue would withstand continuous use without losing its elegance.
The Terrace Experience
The open terrace extends the banquet experience beyond enclosed interiors. It can be used as an all-purpose place for conducting various events such as weddings, music nights, private functions, etc. under the open sky. While offering various ways of organizing different events, it maintains an unobstructed flow and view of the venue. The combination of indoor luxury and outdoor openness makes the facility suitable for events throughout the year.
A Relationship Built on Trust
Goldmine Project Consultant maintains an enduring relationship with Evershine Builders through various successful projects. In the course of many years, Goldmine has had the privilege of designing a variety of buildings for Evershine, which include residential buildings, corporate offices, clubs, banquets, shopping malls, restaurants, model flats, and hotels.
This enduring partnership is founded on mutual trust and a commitment to design timeless spaces that continue serving even decades after they are built. One of the best examples of this partnership is the Evershine Banquet, which is not only a beautiful example of architecture but a place for timeless experiences too.
Conclusion
Evershine Banquet is not just a well-designed venue. It is a space where countless weddings, celebrations, and milestones have taken place and continue to take place with the same elegance it was designed with. That is what Goldmine builds toward every time: spaces that remain relevant, functional, and beautiful long after the project is handed over.
